Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Machron Tech products and services, including the Acuity Scheduling Proextension for Zoho CRM (the "Extension") and this support portal. By installing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Extension synchronises appointment data between your Acuity Scheduling account and your Zoho CRM account — creating and updating Leads, Contacts, Meetings, Tasks, and optionally Deals, and providing related automation (owner routing, notifications, tagging).
2. Your Responsibilities
- You need valid Acuity Scheduling and Zoho CRM accounts; their own terms apply to you separately.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you sync, including obtaining any consent required from your clients.
- You will not misuse the Extension — including attempting to reverse engineer it, circumvent licensing, or use it to violate any law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Zoho and Acuity accounts.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Extension within your Zoho CRM organisation for your internal business purposes. All intellectual property in the Extension remains with Machron Tech.
4. Third-Party Services
The Extension depends on services operated by Zoho Corporation and Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace, Inc.), and optionally Slack or Microsoft if you enable alerts. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes of those third-party services, and interruptions on their side may affect the Extension's functionality.
5. Fees
Pricing, trial terms, and billing (where applicable) are shown on the Zoho Marketplace listing at the time of installation. Payments made through the Zoho Marketplace are processed by Zoho under their payment terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension and this portal are provided "as is"and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machron Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Extension. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Extension in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your Zoho CRM — this removes the webhooks it created and deletes its stored configuration. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions about these Terms:
